Click on "Pay Quarterly Estimated Tax"

 

Click on "Next" to get to the following:

 

Form 200-ESI (Internet Declaration of Estimated Income Tax)

Instructions

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. Enter the payment as dollars only; if cents are entered the amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
  3. Click File.  You will then get a screen confirming that the estimated payment was filed.
  4. Follow the instructions on the confirmation screen.
